Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once the required payment, deposit, or approved proposal has been completed. For consultation-based services, payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. For custom, scope-based services, pricing will be determined after the inquiry or discovery process. A proposal, service agreement, and payment schedule may be required before work begins. Please complete any requested intake forms and provide relevant materials before your scheduled session or project start date. This helps ensure your time is used thoughtfully and that recommendations are based on the information available. Clients may reschedule a booked session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for rescheduling or credit toward a future service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be non-refundable. If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session, the session may need to be shortened or rescheduled at Inspired Designs and Marketing Solutions, LLC discretion. The original session fee may still apply. For custom strategy, content, messaging, or review services, the final scope, timeline, deliverables, revision process, and payment terms will be outlined in a proposal or agreement before work begins. Any requests outside the approved scope may require an additional fee or revised timeline. Inspired Designs and Marketing Solutions, LLC provides strategic communications, content, messaging, and advisory support based on the information provided by the client. Clients are responsible for reviewing, approving, and verifying final materials before use or publication.
